From our very first conversation to our last Akia’s genuine spirit made selling and buying a home a great experience. In our initial meeting we met Akia at our home. She spent that meeting answering our questions, and getting to know all of our needs as clients. We expressed our concerns that we had about our house seeming tough to sell while she eased our fears. Akia made the process incredibly easy and even took extra steps like suggesting staging tips, and having professional photographs taken. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off because our listing looked amazing. We had offers in our home the very first day it was put on the market and within a few days our house went under contract above asking price. She was just as awesome on the selling side. Akia advised on ways to improve our credit score, and our finances. She spent so much time answering questions and meeting with us it made us feel like we were her only clients. I truly feel like she built a relationship with us that we will always value and appreciate. We are living our happily ever after and Akia helped us get here.
